We have the capacity to manufacture kitchens for developments of hundreds of apartments to consistent standards and construction schedules. To date, we have delivered over 17,000 homes across more than 40 corporate projects, reaching 1,730 homes in a single development.
Every project starts with architectural plans and apartment types. Module dimensions, door and carcass materials, worktops and fittings are defined for each type. Approved designs enter volume production at our facilities in Konya and are installed by our teams.

bathroom solutions
We manufacture bathroom cabinets and vanity units on the same production line and to the same quality standard as our kitchens. All bathrooms in a development are prepared at the same scale and to the same schedule as the kitchens.
Planning them together gives the kitchen and bathroom a consistent material palette. For the contractor, this means one point of contact, one delivery plan and one installation schedule rather than two separate suppliers.

We manufacture and install hallway storage, built-in wardrobes and other fitted furniture to each apartment’s architectural dimensions. Individual sizing for each apartment type, with one standard across the development.
Planning fitted furniture alongside kitchens and bathrooms gives the whole apartment a consistent design approach. Doors and colours are coordinated with the kitchen, and installation follows the schedule of the other work packages.

Ankara Jandarma Sahil Güvenlik Yurdu with 408 beds, Maltepe Lisan Okulu and Doğa Şehir Villaları are examples. We apply the same production discipline as in residential projects to furniture designed for intensive use, easy maintenance and the needs of each space.
